Memebox Superbox #39 Foot Care 2

Now I’m not a feet person really however I bought this box as a part of a bundle with the hope that there would be a foot mask in it. Crazy right? In my defence the benefits of a value bundle from Memebox are that even if I’m not crazy about the products, my Sisters would be, plus it came with express shipping and I have also been surprised before.

You may think that express shipping on a box that you’ve already waited ages for isn’t a big deal. However, you would be wrong! For me, this is the difference between going about my day OR sitting by the window with blocks of chocolate in hand trying to get through each extra day without a new box.
Le Box

With Shyan Sugar Remover 70g (rrp $12)
This product is like a foot exfoliating pad but attached to a sturdy handle and really any footcare routine would need some kind of exfoliating part. I was a bit confused by the “sugar-like ceramic surface” because you never can tell if it will be a translation thing or not. No big deal of course but the info cards do make for interesting reading at times!

With Shyan Women Powder 10g (rrp $13)
I definitely had to read the product card on this one! There have been a few others boxes that have come out with slightly questionable items (I didn’t purchase those boxes myself) and my heart just about stopped at the words Women Powder. It is not however anything questionable but is in fact a fragranced talc style powder for your feet if they ever get a bit slimy or smelly. Like mine, in Summer, from wearing ballet flats everywhere because I’m too lazy to give myself a pedicure!

With Shyan Women Cream 150ml (rrp $11)
Again just a fragranced moisturising cream for the feet and ankle area when looking after yourself. The info card suggests adding in essential oil or treatment oil for better results. I personally skip the using it in the morning bit because I put it on at night and chuck socks on over it. Seems to work better for me that way.

Petitfee Dry Essence Foot Pack 1 Pack: 2ea (rrp $3)
The reverse of the peeling foot packs that are all the rage right now. This one is a foot pack with the funny little booties as well however it is used to rehydrate and soften. Apparently it is even good on damaged toe nails. My Sister could’ve used one of these after the Kokoda Challenge recently!

Koelf Peeling Balm 40g (rrp $13)
I will openly admit that I have given this product to my Mum as soon as I saw it. Not because I wouldn’t use it, I totally would, but because she did a peeling foot mask recently (I’m not going to say I convinced her to do it but we did have a lot of conversations about them) and still had a couple of hard spots remaining at the end. Enter much sadness. However we need to remember that she has had a pedicure a handful of times in her life and she was willing to do a Korean peeling foot mask in the first place. Extra props to my Mum for going on to try some random cream I handed over after that!

Lahabitat JJ Foot Cooling Foot Mist 40ml (rrp $14)
This mist is the equivalent of an essence water spray for your feet in a highly convenient size as it would fit in a handbag. I had a Scholl’s one that I had used previously because I used to wear crazy high heels and got massively hot and sore feet. These sprays help with that J

Aromawiz Spa Aroma Salt 50g (rrp $19)
I got the Happiness blend of the Aromawiz Spa Salt. The instructions are for making this up in a bath however you can use this in a foot spa if you have one. I should note my foot spa actually says not to put things into it, but it hasn’t died yet! Maybe just check the instructions on yours or consider whether you would have less of a life without it in case the worst happened. I guess I care less about whether the spa makes it through than I do about having to sit on the uncomfortable side of my bathtub for 20 minutes. Your call though.

Overall

This is a great box for those who really look after their feet. I am not one of those people and yet I am using the products already. Perhaps because I didn’t have any previous to now to use but also maybe they are just good functional products.

Have you got the same flagrant disregard for your foot spa? Perhaps you cannot live without yours and my mistreatment is appalling? Would you have seen the words Women Powder and Women Cream and assumed the worst? What kinds of things might you expect from a Foot Care 3 box? Let me know!
